Riesa/Dresden. The SBO was able to welcome six new trainees (Saxon Inland Ports Oberelbe GmbH) for their ports in Dresden and Riesa. A record number in the recent history of the company. This was announced by the company.
Four of the six trainees will complete their training at the Port of Dresden: two young men in the field of "Warehouse Logistics Specialist" and one young woman each in the fields of "Office Management Assistant" and "Forwarding and Logistics Services Assistant". Two more young men are starting their training as "warehouse logistics specialists" at the Port of Riesa. Here, the SBO was already able to welcome two young men for the start of training in 2022, who are now in their second year of training.
In recent years, it has been difficult for SBO ports to recruit new staff. SBO Managing Director Heiko Loroff is now all the more pleased about the record number of new trainees. "We are very pleased that we were able to inspire so many young people for our ports for the new training year. The entire SBO team wishes the six new trainees a good start to their training and, above all, lots of fun with new challenges and exciting tasks." (SZ)
