The world of work is changing. Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic at the latest, working from home has become normal. Flexible working time models and flat hierarchies are now among the most important factors when it comes to retaining employees in the team and attracting new ones. But how can you combine maximum freedom and team spirit? The Teamgeist AG wants to do this with a Survey find out. "Companies and HR departments are facing new challenges due to different working models and social developments such as the shortage of skilled workers and AI. These include staff turnover and problems with collaboration. The increasing importance of intact teamwork in companies is noticeable and is also reflected in the rising demand," says Jan Möller, Head of Business Development at Teamgeist.

In order to obtain a picture that is as representative as possible, the aim is to reach managing directors, HR managers and event planners in particular. In addition, active teamgeist customers, visitors to the company website and visitors to the leading trade magazine in the MICE industry are also surveyed anonymously. Additional bonus: The survey is also intended to provide an important Climate protection project be supported. For each participation, teamgeist secures 1000 square meters of moorland.
