Dispute resolution

In accordance with Art. 14 (1) Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we refer to the EU's online dispute resolution platform at webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/ to this. However, we expressly declare that we do not participate in online dispute resolution in consumer dispute proceedings.

Furthermore, in accordance with Section 36 (1) No. 1 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, we declare that we do not participate in voluntary dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not obliged to do so.
