The building is extremely striking. It resembles a large black cube with lots of glass and was built around two years ago. Previously, a real estate valuation company was located on the site. However, a new tenant moved in a few days ago. It is the company Saxo Solar.
Good parking facilities at the new location
Saxo Solar previously had its office on Bahnhofstrasse. "But there were always problems there with too few parking spaces for our customers," explains Managing Director David Ludewig. At the new location, nobody has to spend a long time looking for a parking space, as there are plenty available. "We also have modern working conditions in the new building and it is extremely energy-efficient," says Ludewig.
Another Saxo Solar branch in Leipzig
This makes the building a perfect match for the services offered by Saxo Solar. The company advises its customers on solar systems and balcony power plants. "We are specialist planners and project managers, regardless of whether it's a balcony power plant or the realization of a solar system on a detached house or apartment building or the planning of a ground-mounted system," says the Managing Director.
Saxo Solar was founded in 2019 and has a branch in Leipzig in addition to Pirna. Five permanent employees work at the Pirna site.
